“A PATH TO FALLING IN LOVE”
WORKSHOP
Finding true love isn’t easy. Although we connect with people every single day. Blessed are the ones who take this connection as a chance to get to know each other. Love at first sight they call it. In reality all you get is that one moment to verbalize that connection; or it is considered a chance that passed you by.
I once opened up to a close friend of mine by sharing with him how unlucky I was in finding love. What am I doing wrong? I asked him.
He bluntly asked me: What are you looking for in a man?
I said, I don’t know. I laughed it off because I truly didn’t know.
Well… that’s why you’re not meeting quality men he said.
Knowing what you want is the first step in to finding that person.
So I began to think about what I needed in my life. I came up with “A partner in life”. Not Mr. Right, a soulmate, or the man of my dreams, but A LIFE PARTNER. Someone I can share my life with as it was happening.
Finding what type of man I wanted was a soul searching process that began with me.
Working daily on who I wanted to become. How would I know I found him? I went as far as saying:
if it doesn’t feel like this, then it isn’t him.
