Having confidence is one of the most valuable assets you can own. When you’re a confident person you walk, feel, and perform your best. This also means you can achieve anything you set your mind to. How can I teach you to become confident? By figuring out your strengths and working through your weaknesses. By helping you highlight your unique abilities and qualities. And showing you how to use them in your everyday life, until it becomes a natural way to be YOU!

COMMUNICATION

Learn the art of effective communication- an asset that leads to a successful life and career. When you communicate well, you get your point across with ease. Your ideas, your plans, your wants, your needs are met. Learning this foundational skill is a very effective way to having and keeping great relationships in your life.

MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is a key component to your well being. When you learn to be mindful or present, you develop a state of peace that becomes a way of life for you. Practice meditation, and develop a self care routine can help you feel and be your best at all times.

SOCIAL SKILLS & ANXIETY

Anxiety- the unexpected occurrence that triggers your entire being into fear. It appears unexpected, and it grows stronger and stronger until it becomes out of control. You can’t speak, you can’t move. This event can become the longest and loneliest 20 minutes of your life with no end in sight. Have you felt this way before while doing a normal routine, in social settings or gatherings? Are you afraid of being in crowded areas? etc.

The many times I felt this way traveling to work, in social events, even in my own bed, have been endless. Through Therapy I learned years ago how to recognize the triggers, and manage or lessen the attacks. I learned to spot the moment when an anxiety or a panic attack is about to start, and how to stop it. In my early 20’s through my late 30’s, I met with a therapist once a week. (Therapy is one of the best ways to heal yourself.) I give credit to my therapist for helping me get rid of my anxiety. I also give credit to myself for boldly asking her how I can get rid of my anxiety. She knew exactly what I needed and she explained it to me in steps. How it happens, why it happens, and how to work through it.

If you want learn to lessen your episodes. I figured out an effective way to teach you. You will grab a hold of your anxiety. In time it might not even be a part of your life.
